Nightblade pvp build?

I'm torn between magicka or stamina nightblade build. Anyone with experience on either build for pvp? I'm wanting to be a rogue type with dual wielding where I can sneak up and do a lot of damage quickly and then disappear. Is it possible to kill someone in 1-3 shots as a dual wielding nightblade?
