Taskbar randomly clips of screen

So I just noticed something odd with my taskbar (that's what it's called right?) http://imgur.com/4Y2k8R2

For some reason it clipped of the edge of the screen but Before I had this post written up it seemed to have fixed itself again. I dont know what I did in between noticing the issue and posting this but I'm going to try and see if I can't replicate it.
