More legendary perks that mimic exotic perks

With LiTC and Final round, you can build yourself a baby Hawkmoon. With Tracking and Cluster bombs, you can build a baby Gjallarhorn (if you can't get the Hunger of Crota). It's fun to be able to build a legendary version of your favorite exotic, so why not add more exotic-lite perks? Have one that recharges strength with hits, a la Monte Carlo, but doesn't ever proc a full melee recharge. Have one that recharges your super, a la Bad Juju, but without the built-in Crowd Control, full auto, and mag refill (there's so much going on in String of Curses, it's a little insane). Any other ideas for legendary versions of exotic perks?
