What made you choose IT over Computer Science?
Here's the questions I have first. More about why I'm asking at the bottom.
- What made you choose IT over Computer Science? Are you happy with choice?
2 How and why did you choose your specialization. Are you happy with it?
Quick background about myself. I'm 25 years old with a B.A. in accounting. Currently teaching English in South Korea. I don't really have any computer experience other than setting up routers and fixing minor problems. I'm planning on going into IT when I come back to the United States (August 2016).
My impression is that IT is a little more physical than computer science. IT seems to have more of a potential to pull someone away from their desk. Am I correct in thinking this?
Also, any general advice for someone in my position would be great.
