[TOMT][Video] Biker gets pissed off at a street performer(?) and calls him a silly insult. Starting with "B"?

I'm not so interested in the video as I am in the word he used.

I should clarify, he was a bicyclist, riding a bicycle.

EDIT: I just remembered, it was the "Goober" video. I was pretty badly misremembering.
