Why is nvidia sending and receiving network data without my permission?

I was looking through my Resource Monitor and I've found "NvStreamNetworkService.exe" constantly sending information to the following addresses:

• 0koryu0.easter.ne.jp
• 224.0.0.251
• ff02::fb
• ec2-54-200-115-64.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com

I don't remember signing up for sending telemetry, customer experience and other things over, so...what's up?

The worse thing is that it seems to be sending and receiving info non stop. Like ... all the time.

Now before starting to bash me for being so up tight about privacy, try to think what would happen if every program would do this...if every driver would do this.
