Why isn't Natalya in the new WWE Divas Revolution mix?

Been watching with great interest the "Divas Revolution." It's great to have Sasha Banks, Charlotte and Becky Lynch up there, along with Paige.

But it looks like they are telling us the entire WWE Divas roster is nine people: Paige, Charlotte, Becky, Sasha, Naomi, Tamina, Nikki, Brie and Alicia Fox.

But what about Natalya? She's a decent worker, at times looking really good. I went back to watch her NXT Takeover match from May 2014 against Charlotte for the vacant NXT title and it was good match.

I thought maybe it was because they wanted to focus on her being a manager, but with Tyson Kidd out, that's on hold. What do you think (or know?) of the WWE's plans for Natalya? Is she going to get into the Divas division mix?
