How to render video, performing basic editing such as rotoscoping and overlaying images
I'm just beginning to look into how to map images uploaded by a user and render them onto a video, essentially like this:

The images are 3D mapped onto the records in the video. I'm pretty good with AfterEffects and understand the principles of the translations that are happening, but no idea where to start.
Search terms like the below don't seem to be showing up anything good:
What serverside libraries can handle video rendering that I should be looking at? How does the hashtag my ass site do what it does?
