Looking for opinions on this Westy. (X-Post /r/VWVans)

Hello everyone! I've been looking for a westy vanagon for almost a year now but I haven't seen the right deal, until now perhaps. For some background info, I'm a 19 yo college student with a part time job. I prowl Craigslist pretty regularly and found this last night. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/cto/5166858622.html[1] Just looking to get some opinions from some knowledgeable people before I decide if it's worth looking at. I have access to tools and workspace with mechanical ability in my family. Anyway, thanks for looking and for your opinion!
