International student applying, SAT?

I have two more years until I finish school here in Ireland. Berkeley is ultimately where I want to end up to study, so I'm trying to plan out when I need everything sorted by. I either need to do the ACT Plus Writing or SAT Reasoning Test by application time.

When applying, do I send my Irish Leaving Cert exam results along with the results of my SATs?
