Question about Lariam

I am going to Kenya and am on Lariam, which has been giving me terrible trouble when I try and sleep (bad dreams, trouble sleeping).

They did mention the side-effects at the pharmacist, however it was mainly to scope out whether I had any anxieties/mental illnesses that might be exacerbated by it (I do not).

Anyway, it turns out where I am going in central Nairobi doesn't require anti-malarials.

Does anyone know how long it will be after my last dose, before the lariam is out of my system. I am so very tired.
