Meds, Yawning, and Muscle Stiffness... Advice?

I just started Abilify today. I took my usual VyVanse with it, so I am amazed at how powerful the "possible side effect" of drowsiness is. Any suggestions on staying awake and alert? I feel like I'm going to fall asleep, as I'm typing this! I don't want to drink anything caffeinated, since I've had bad experiences with a VyVanse+Black tea combination... it wasn't fun.

I'm also rather stiff--an unusual state for a gymnast and musician. I've stretched, to relieve some of the uncomfort, but does anyone know if the stiffness can't be solved? I don't want to accidentally tear something!

tl;dr I'm falling asleep and can't move fluidly, because of my meds. Please help!
