UPDATED UPDATE: My employer is skimming overtime on us, and I'd like some advice. (BC CANADA)

Original post: http://redd.it/3g3jq0 -- warning very text heavy. See previous update: http://redd.it/3g7pdr

Well, spoke with the lawyer. Basically, in BC, I'm screwed. I can go back 6 months via minimum employment standards act, and can go back further for the owed vacation pay on the year (2? have to check notes) prior to that (4%), but, short of favourable outcomes on overtime rulings currently before the courts, I'm basically stuck. It is possible to request a workplace audit from minimum employment standards, in which case, the guys who are getting screwed (read: everyone) will get their last 6 months owed, but that's about what I can do.

My plan right now is to go to the competition, and take as many clients and staff with me as possible, immediately before the busiest seasons.

Thanks for your input r/legaladvice - I figured you'd like to know the outcome of the lawyer visit.
