New Driver Load Error

So I tried to switch to Exp. and when starting up the game I now get "Driver Load Error 1450".

Switch back to normal, same thing. I've tried manually downloading the BE client, and I've done everything that fixes other Driver Load Errors, I'm at a bit of a loss. Anyone have a fix?
