Is it normal to take this long to install a android app on WM10

Hello Reddit, I was trying to install summoners war on my Lumia 1520 using apktow10m but I dragged the apk to the interface and it began installing but waited 2 hours but it still said installing. Is this normal? Does it download the game using the apk? The file was 13mb, but I have it on an android phone and it's 700mb if I remember.
