Problems putting condoms on?

As a dude with only above-average girth, I've never had the problems I often see described with getting condoms on (getting them to stay on or not break is a different story). I was wondering, are those problems related to being cut/uncut? I'm cut and have no problems, but I wonder if having a foreskin would cause me to experience those problems?

So, above-average girth (say 5.25-5.75 in) guys who have trouble putting on condoms - are you cut or uncut? Maybe that would explain the differences.
