Food Service folks: What's the meanest thing a customer has ever said to you, or done to you?

I had a friend who worked at Outback Steakhouse, and he told me there was a guy who sat down and immediately told him "every time my drink gets below half full, I will get out of this seat, go find your manager, and make him explain to me what you're doing".
