Taken King Speculation: Is this part of the Dreadnaught?

So I went to an early weekly update on Bungie.net and found the page with the artists and was blown away by the cool renders of weapons the Artists have made.

Anyways, I tried searching for more artists content at Bungie on the site and found an artist who did skyboxes for some of the areas in the game. All were alright except for this one: https://vimeo.com/135320824

Could this be inside the Dreadnaught, it was posted 8 days ago of this post? You decide!
