Does anybody here have any tips on talking or thinking yourself out of a panic attack?

I've posted here a few times before, but let me explain how my anxiety is triggered. My panic attacks are always triggered by my fear of having a heart attack (I have a super bad family history of heart attacks at young ages). I had my first panic attack within the past few years and I thought I was dying of a heart attack. I had chest pain and all of the symptoms of a heart attack, unfortunately because heart attack symptoms are identical to panic attack symptoms. Any who, since then I have chest, arm and shoulder pain daily, which triggers my panic attacks because every time I'm convinced it's the start of a heart attack. Since I panic, the chest/arm/shoulder pain worsens. It's a vicious cycle that feeds itself. I've given up looking for cures to the pain and panic attacks because no medicine or therapy works. The only option I have left is to somehow talk or think myself out of a panic attack and the thought of having a heart attack. Any input is greatly appreciated, I've all but given up and I'm losing hope.
