Anyone use Teamspeak with Destiny? How do you get in-game audio and Teamspeak in the same headset?

Out of curiosity how do you hear in-game audio and at the same time TS chat in the same headset? Do you mute/disable all in-game party voice chat? What configuration do you have PC/PS4?

I've seen streamers and players do this so was wondering how.

I have a Sony Gold Wireless headset (bluetooth)
