Would you support the banning of non-prescription Sunglasses & Mustaches on Police Officers?

I'm doing a bit of polling for a potential amendment for the Colorado Constitution.

What do you think? This may seem like a joke, but it is in all seriousness.

Police officers can be very intimidating, even to law abiding citizens. And there is no good reason law abiding citizens should ever feel intimidated, especially from police officers.

I believe no small part of the intimidation comes from Sunglasses and Mustaches. And it is so common, its almost Cop Culture. What could happen if we changed this?
