Does my tattoo need a touch up?

I got my very first tattoo about 2 months ago, it was an awesome experience and i can't wait to get another one, but, there's something that bugs me about my tattoo.

I think my artist did a good job with it (it's not the greatest tattoo ever, but it was exactly what i wanted). But right in the middle there's a little white spot that kinda bugs me. Most people don't see it until i point it out.

Anyway i wanted to know if it was maybe because it didn't heal right or maybe it's my skin being super dry? Or maybe it's still healing? Do i need a touch up?

I's my first tattoo so i don't really know...
