What are some common pitfalls or unknowns when relocating a small business LAN?

My company is relocating soon and I am planning the migration. If you have planned or been part of planning a small business network relocation what were some things that caught you unprepared? I've compiled a list already of things I could think of, but I am not very experienced in the management side of things. Thank you for any assistance.

The obvious things I have already written down:

• Server closet/room size

• Available ISPs and affiliated services

• Building security

• Climate control/HVAC

• Power reliability (our current office has the bad habit of power outtages once a week, robust UPS/Battery backups were necessary)

• In place infrastructure and the cable type used (since we have a VoIP system)
