Can I mix NVIDIA GTX and AMD FirePro cards (at the same time)?

So I'm getting an LG 31MU97 for video editing. It does 10-bit colour at 4K. However, only Quadro and FirePro GPUs will output 10-bit colour, and Quadro cards that output 4K in 10-bit are out of my price range.

A FirePro W7100 will however output 4K at 10-bit. However, for compute power (I understand CUDA is almost a must for Premiere Pro), I was also going to get a GTX 980 Ti.

Can I run them both in the computer at the same time? GTX 980 Ti for playback of footage and the FirePro for the display?

The alternative is the Titan X, but it's very unclear if it can do 10-bit colour (that can be used by Adobe CC).
