Windows 10 upgrade computer not working

I have an acer aspire v5 that I just upgraded to windows 10.

Now when I start the computer the mouse isn't there and when I try and pull up task manager it starts to open but doesn't load anything and then says not responding.

I can still click on the screen to get things to work. But it won't open anything that isn't on my desktop.

I have tried to open control panel and numerous other things and nothing happens. No error or anything, it just doesn't open at all. But if it is something on my desktop it open without a problem

EDIT: The mouse will work before I log in and for the first little bit after I login. But there is the spinning circle next to it and after a few seconds it just stops responding.

EDIT 2: If i plug in a usb mouse it works fine
