How to Quit without working

So about a month ago I posted debating whether or not I should still work at Chipotle because there was a month gap between when I was hired and the first day of training. Turns out they needed to move training by 2 weeks due to some issues. This makes it near impossible to work there now because now training ends just 4 days before I leave for college. So my question is whats the best way to quit on a good note? I want to keep my options open in case i decide to work at the Chipotle near my school.
