Hi all. I need help!, I am a student about to take a class and hopefully get certified in VB. What are some resources I can use to familiarize myself with the core of the program and try and get ahead of the class?

I am a college student about to take a class and hopefully get certified in VB. What are some resources I can use to familiarize myself with the core of the program and try and get ahead of the class? This will be my first time using VB, I am excited to learn the language, but also intimidated by the fact that I will go in not knowing anything. Any and everything will help. Thanks!
