Rushing communities?

While this post happens to conveniently double up on my intentions, I wasn't sure where else to ask other than the bnet general chat - which is usually dead.

I would like to get a Crusader to level 70 to play around with before the season ends - to get a feel for the class and its abilities.

However, I don't have a ton of time just for leveling and was wondering if I could get a rush from 1-70 in Seasonal.

I see people ask for rushes on this sub and usually they get directed to "go to a rushing community/guild/etc" but I'm not sure how to find one of those or where to start looking. It seems like, for the most part, stuff like that is incredibly inactive right now due to the length of the season and lack of current population.
