Frustration while playing arty

So I haven't played WoT in a couple of patches (in no small part thanks to World of Warships), and I have to ask: when did the nerf arty accuracy?

Playing in my G.W. Panther, I've noticed that even fully aimed I can't hit anything save for maybe, maybe, once every six or seven shots. I've fired at IS-3s with aiming reticules that almost completely covered them and still missed. So what happened to my precious sky cancer?
