What should I pay for this bike?

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/mcy/5168226047.html The guy is a third owner. He bought it in 2012. Put 2.5K miles on it, now 4800 miles. Current owner hasn't serviced the bike since he got it. The bike wasn't garaged all this while, so its not clean and shiny. What should I be expecting to pay for this? This is the first VROD that I have checked out, I was mainly looking for a newish(post 2012) sportster 1200. Thanks.
