No video, only audio?

Hi everyone,

I seem to have an issue isolated to one machine where Plex will only play audio, and now video.

If I load a video, the audio plays from it, but the program freezes at the media description screen. An attempt to exit locks Plex home theater up. I can also play music files fine with no issue whatsoever.

I've gone as far as reinstalling the OS (Issue started when upgraded to Windows 10, back to Windows 7 now), but the problem persists. I seem to be able to watch media fine on my other machines.

Anyone have any idea what could be happening?
