Skin with full-size centered playfield? And need help getting used to LR2 (from osu!mania)

Not sure if playfield is the right word but I'm drawing a blank on any alternatives. Coming from osu!mania I really want to get into LR2 but am finding it hard to get used to. I have some kind of mindblock where I can play mania fine because I play it quite casually, but the importance of accuracy in LR2 makes me concentrate far too hard on getting perfect hits, and it makes me play terribly no matter what I try.

Anyway I figure I need to make my LR2 look as close to my mania skin as possible, so are there any LR2 skins that have a playfield that goes right from the top of the screen to the bottom, and have notes a bit larger than the default? A centered playfield would be nice too. Unfortunately I can't play LR2 fullscreen because it only plays at 60fps, while I'm used to 144hz, which only works in windowed. And the upscaling looks terrible in windowed mode so I play 1280x720, and the playfield is still only about 2/3 of the window, so it's really tiny compared to what I'm used to. I really like LR2 but it's just hard for me to get proper enjoyment from it with the style of skin that seems dominant, so any skins or other suggestions you may have would be really helpful, thanks.
