Help on upgrading PC parts

###Build Help:

My current build is about 2 years old and Iprimarily use it for 1080p gaming on my 32' Tv, that will eventually be upgradded to a higer resolution monitor

That being said, my EVGA 650ti is starting to show its age, especially in modding (Skyrim and New Vagas) and newer games, and since its not SLI compatible I would like a new GPU

Budget:

About $400 USD for a new GPU

My research:

Any AMD or Nvidia Card is fine.

I was personallly looking into the sapphire 290x vapor x 8GB and sapphire 390x (cuz VRAM). But the GTX 980 is a little out of my price range.

A new PSU is easy for me to decide so I have a 850W PSU picked out

TLDR

I want a GPU around $400 and I have the PSU handled
