Help with backing up phone data

Hi everyone. I recently bought a DS215j to offload some local storage things. Now, I'd love to be able to upload a bunch of files from my android phone to the disk station regularly, things like backups and photos. My problem is, I've failed to find a capable app.

DS Photo can upload pictures, sure, but I have two problems with it:

1. It just puts all uploaded photos into "Photos" instead of my "Home". I'm sharing this NAS with a couple of people and don't want them to be able to see my files, password protection doesn't feel like the right option either.

2. It only has the option to delete all local files immediately after upload, which is nonsense considering I might still need them offline. Google Photos has the nice option of deleting local content after 30 days automatically, I haven't found anything like that for Synology.

Uploading files like Backups etc. automatically doesn't seem to be possible either. There's DS Cloud, but I don't want to sync these files, I want them uploaded and removed from the phone. I tried playing around with Tasker and FolderSync, but it doesn't provide what I need. Has anyone found a good option for what I'm looking for? Thanks in advance.
