Cold crashing eliminated yeast?
So, I bottled my Gouden Carolus Classic clone after cold crashing it for a couple days. I primed it in my bottling bucket and made sure all the sugar dissolved. I opened one after a couple weeks and it was totally flat. I opened another after over 2 weeks... Also totally flat. The yeast was wyeast Forbidden Fruit. Could cold crashing have totally removed the yeast from suspension? Is it salvageable?
