Can't log in to my Microsoft account

So, just installed Windows 10 and everything is working pretty much as it's supposed to, except the fact that I can't actually log in to my Microsoft account. Each time I press the "Sign in with a Microsoft account instead" button in my account settings, it just opens up a new window for a frame and closes it immediately. Anyone know how to sign in to my account?
