Code for LED strip lights

So I am very new at this and recently purchased a Flora and LED strips from Adafruit for a project for an upcoming festival. I have everything wired and I spent a lot of time looking for code but unable to find very complex stuff. From the Adafruit site I found test code to make the strips do 2 different patterns one after another.

What I am looking for is code for the arduino with a lot more color patterns and modes. The more of these modes I can fit on it the better. Does anyone know a good resource i can dig through or just know some code with lots of color patterns? Thanks for your help!
