LFRs are Boring

Everytime I do an LFR I feel like I made a bad decision. By the time (n) minutes go by and we are still whacking away at the bosses hp, while practically ignoring all mechanics, I start to doze off.

What is the point in the LFR? It is a watered down bore? Is this really the only genius idea to let everyone see the raid content and get a bit of gear. Just because you give a boss a huge health pool doesn't mean they are fun.

What do you guys to in LFRs to stay awake?
