Ping only high in CS:GO.

My ping ingame is unplayable (200-300) but when I run a speedtest I get These results and my ping seems to be fine. I know my down/up isin't great but it's also not the worst. I have max ping set to 120 and yet every game is 200+ ping. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance for any help.

edit: Packet loss is 0% too.
