HELP PLEASE! I have tried searching on the internet and nothing works! “Some settings are managed by your organization” THIS IS MY PERSONAL PC

I had a malware infection, I have run MBAM and ADWCLEANER and manually deleted whatever rest there was of malware. But I can't find a fix for this, I have tried in regedit and it doesn't help.
