[question] Question about oral gonorrhea

Not sure if this is the right place for this but you r/sex generally seems pretty knowledgable and active so I was hoping someone could help me out.

I performed unprotected oral sex on Sunday morning and on Monday I woke up with a sore throat, and as the day went on developed chills, fatigue, body aches and a fever. I went in to a walk-in clinic yesterday to get tested for strep, and although the immediate culture came up negative they put me on antibiotics anyway, saying my throat looked like it has strep and all my symptoms are consistent. It didn't occur to me until after I left the clinic the possibility that the infection could have been sexually transmitted.

So my question is, are all of my non-sore-throat symptoms (the chills, fever, aches, sweats) consistent with oral gonorrhea as well as strep? I didn't have much luck with google.
