Huwawei could gain a foothold in US competition by releasing the Nexus 6 with its Kirin 950

I was just talking about this with a friend. If Huwawei released its Nexus 6 with its next gen 950 Kirin SoC, it would be a major change in the game.

The 950 would finally user in the A72 core, which would bring huge performance/power ratio over our A57's right now. It would also usher in Huwawei's foothold in the US market against Qualcomm and Samsung LSI with their Exynos.

Android Police said that the Nexus 6 is going to come with the SD810 in tow, but it would be interesting if Huwawei made this stragetic move.

I don't know about their AOSP compliance or their dev support but what would you feel about this?
