So guys like a lot of people, I have a youtube gaming channel and it's been about 5/6 months. I'm just curious on a few things so wondered if anyone here could help.

I see my growth going quite slow but appreciate everyone who does subscribe and I communicate as much as I can on forums/youtube/twitter. I have a managed to build up a core audience who will like/comment/share on twitter of around 10 - 20 people. Each video roughly getting 30 - 100 views and 10 - 20 likes per video. Although I can't really see much momentum. It's a lot considering I used to get single figures in my early videos. But I see so many channels growing a lot more quicker. My channel is ok imo and I may only upload 1/2 videos a week, but some channels are growing crazy and I don't believe my content is far from theirs. I'm not sure if I'm just doing something wrong?

Should I get a schedule rather then post randomly?
