Internet DNS Error

Hi guys, I really need some help. Yesterday everything functioned perfectly fine, but when i woke up this morning I discovered I could no longer have access to 99% of websites and am getting a DNS server error.

I have restarted my router and computer multiple times and ran adware cleaner just to be safe, but am now convinced it is something I do not know how to fix.

I am posting this from my phone because I cannot even access Google or Reddit. Can someone please help me out?
