I found a seed, need some answers.

Hi, MG I need a bit of enlightenment on hermies and pollination I am a bit confused.

Long story short, I found seed on my plant where the preflowers are, I inspected the buds and they are rather hard feels like here is seeds in them. The thing is I can't tell if it got hermie or the plant got pollinated, there is wild cannabis around where I live. I have two girls feminazed autos, its my first grow so I am keeping it simple no dedicated nutes no Phing, its qute hot I have pests isues so the stress is 100% in the picture. I have been here all day today reading posts about it but it gets confusing, I really need some input.
