Bachelor Party Help! Time is short

My brother was set to get married in Birmingham next fall, but due to heath issues with our grandfather, we have moved up the wedding to the end of the month (August).

As such we are trying to put together a quick bachelor party on either Friday afternoon/night. My brother and I both live in NYC (but grew up in bham). I've been away for about 6 years and don't really know the places around town anymore. We arrive late on Thursday night and the wedding will be Saturday sometime. If anyone could make some recommendations or has any ideas, I'd really appreciate it.
