Need some help identifying two guitars

Hey everyone,

My father-in-law passed away last Friday and we have inherited a number of his guitars. Two of them, based on what I can find appear to be entry level guitars, though I will list them below anyway. However, two of them, are extremely intriguing as I can't seem to find very much information about them.

I unfortunately, don't have any pictures at this time (I will take them when I get home from work and update my post) but I have written down just about everything I can find on the guitars.

Rickenbacker E97460 Based on looking around, I BELIEVE it is a 260 El Dorado with FireGlo finish.

::EDIT:: So I did some additional searching and I THINK it is actually a Rickenbacker 360, made in May 1996, based on the serial.

Guild Model: F30E-BK / Serial: AF300308 This one I am not having much luck with at all. When I type in the make and model, I found this link: click here

It isn't either of the two colors shown on the website, it's black and white.

Yamaha EG303

This one seems to be pretty standard; Just a model number, no serial.

Epiphone Special Model

This one says "Gibson" near the tuning knobs but I can't find any record of it being a Gibson?
