*NSFW* Getting an error message: unexpected token "{} block"

My Subreddit is NSFW if you do not want to see adult content then please ignore this post. r/PixyV

I am very new to CSS and barely hobbling through it so bear with me please!

I am creating a subreddit for my Cam model Alias and comming up on an error message when using links from the CSS toolkit https://www.reddit.com/r/csshelp/comments/kcty5/

the error I am continuing to get is

[line 51] unexpected token "{} block" .usertext .md a[href$="#green"] {color:#008000;cursor:default}

Can someone please explain (in beginer terms) what this means and how to fix it?

Thank you!
