Raspberry PI - Record and Play back sound!

Hey guys,

Im trying to get my raspberry pi to go into a robot but need it to be able to record video with sound. Anyone have any idea how to do this? I was thinking about buying the camera from the raspberry pi website but it doesnt record audio in the videos and so I need a mic. If I go with a mic, id like it to be internal but powerful enough to record lectures, meetings, etc. Any ideas?

Thanks!
