(No Spoilers) ASoIaF quizzing, seriously?

Seriously.

So I mentioned this in a post on this subreddit yesterday and many a people were interested in knowing it. I did message 10 or so and all of them said it sounds fun and that they will participate. It feels great to know that we are known, we jobless ASoIaF fanatics who make notes of the most insignificant of quotes in ASoIaF. Because then, when whe do that, we get the solace of answering when we see "f.a.f.a.a.m.l.d.'' Who doesn't know these words of Wyman Manderly?

You will find that I am a great fan of L.M.o.t.M.

And who doesn't know the Thank, Keg Rime who died at RT's Bull Beach ? Well, his death place isn't exactly so much a thing you woud remember, but we do.

There are nearly 50 or so of us who have this.. may I call it, addiction. We like quizzing. We know that the Kingmaker died at the Butcher's Ball. Well, that was what was in the italics some lines ago.

Stark, Lannister, Targaryen, Baratheon and Game Changers (Greyjoys, Petyr Baelish), these 5 houses are fighting when they quiz. And when they get an answer, they don't get a point. They get a kill. They fight with their fingertips and their brains and that joy you get when you score first with 10 answers per second behind you is ineffable. And what pleases many is fighting as their favourite characters. I fight from my alternate account with my name the same of Lord Lard's. There's trivia that asks minor details that one forgets but we ASoIaF fans know better. Overlooking three big pies of a gourmand is an example enough.

This is the second year we are quizzing. Last season when the battles lasted for a month, the Starks initially lost many but had a huge lead in the final battles. They worked as a pack. Now a Stark King sits the Iron Throne with the Winds of Rebellion blowing all around, and this year the rebellion has started, with the Kings losing the first battle; defeated by Targaryens.

I know many might consider this absurd, but I believe many more here are bigger ASoIaF fanatics than me.

Things I do most days :

• Read ASoIaF
• Solve anagrams.
• Note the shortest names to include them in acrostics.
• Make mind riddles on different characters.
• Solve them.
• Decipher initials such as L.M.o.t.M (Lord Marshal of the Mander, youknow him, right?)
• Remember POV titles - The Queenmaker, the Lost Lord, the Kingbreaker, The Wayward Bride etc.

No, I am not so big a fanatic that I dont have any school. I must say it pleases me that this subject is one which I enjoy and ace in.

Please let me know if anyone is interested in quizzing. The next battle is held this Saturday and all houses are training in their base camps and ruminating on their weaknesses in an effort to overcome them in the battle to come.
